These general guest policies apply to Nature’s Sprouts booking enquiries. The selected resort’s written confirmation supplies property-specific rules. Last reviewed: 1 November 2026.
01Booking and arrival information
Confirm the property, room type, occupancy, travel dates, check-in and check-out times, meal plan and charges in writing. Early arrival, late departure, extra beds, parking and other facilities depend on that property’s confirmed arrangements; this page does not promise a common facility or occupancy limit across all resorts.
02Guest identification and safari permits
A resort or competent authority may require identification or traveller details for lawful registration or permits. Ask what information is required and why, and use the instructed secure channel. Avoid sending full identity documents in a general website enquiry or an unsolicited message.
03Children and other travellers
An adult should coordinate enquiries involving children. Provide only information needed for the stay or permit, with appropriate authority for other travellers. Where applicable, verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian must be established; making a family booking alone is not evidence that this requirement has been completed.
04Personal data and guest requests
Contact, travel and identification details should be used for the stated booking, service or legal purpose. The Privacy Policy explains website data flows, sharing and request channels. Optional marketing requires its own valid basis and is not a condition of accepting these guest policies. Access, correction, erasure, withdrawal and grievance requests remain subject to applicable law and necessary verification.
05Cancellation and retained records
Read the Cancellation Policy and booking-specific terms before payment. A cancellation or completed stay does not automatically remove records that must legally be retained. A privacy request does not change the commercial cancellation terms or exclude mandatory consumer rights.
06Conduct, safety and assistance
Follow the property’s communicated safety, occupancy and conduct rules and the instructions of safari authorities. Tell the team about necessary assistance without putting unnecessary medical or other personal information in an open form. Contact the team for property-specific arrangements and privacy questions.
