As a Reservation Executive, you will handle the requests from customers, guests, and other travel agencies from various platforms. You will play a crucial role in the hospitality industry, responsible for handling reservations, inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Your main objective will be to handle calls related to reservation, offering availability and ensure a seamless reservation process to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management: Receive and process room reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems. Ensure accuracy in recording guest information, stay details, and special requests.
  • Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, providing information about room availability, rates, amenities, and packages.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Offer additional services, room upgrades, or special packages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available rooms, ensuring optimal occupancy and maximizing room revenue.
  • Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and issue booking confirmations.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive customer service to address guest concerns, requests, or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, front office, and sales to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • System Management: Utilize reservation management systems and software effectively to update bookings, manage waitlists, and maintain accurate records
  • Reservation Policies: Familiarize guests with the resort's policies, cancellation rules, and terms and conditions.
  • Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with regular guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
